Have you ever wondered why you are ... you? I mean why do you have to be the same person, every day, as if you're playing a role or something?
What if you're like Truman and everything around you is just a show? If you've ever thought of that, did you also try to capture a glitch or to catch "the actors" on the wrong foot, like when they're doing some bad acting? They can't all be good actors, right? :)))
If you don't find this idea stupid, try this: detach yourself from ... you - the role and try to see things as if you were a spectator. Then try to ... say "evaluate" yourself - the role from any point of view possible. I bet you'll see some examples of bad acting there. Good exercise to judge things/actions clearheadedly. And, if you're a fan of the Sci-Fi genre, I'm sure you'll come-up with some Star Trek-ish scenarios. :)))
